The party animal inside me has been placated.
I’m not really dieting so I technically can’t “cheat” but I don’t know how else to describe this past week except as a cheat week.
“Wait…” you say. “Isn’t it supposed to be a cheat DAY?”
Well yes, but shhhhh, I took it to the max lets keep it our secret. Look at that sugar rimmed glass. Doesn’t it just scream good times? Last week I drank four nights out of seven! Ahhhhh it was wonderful and terrible at the same time. Wonderful to relax and let loose but terrible thinking about how many extra calories I consumed from alcohol and sugary syrups. Three of the four nights I woke with a headache for breakfast. Thankfully I did not completely let myself go though as I did watch my food intake quite well for the week.
